| CVE-2026-97161 | 2 Lomart, Lomart.fr | 2 Up, Up Plugin For Joomla | 2026-10-20 | 7.5 High |
| Joomla Extension - lomart.fr - Various path traversal / file access vectors in UP plugin extension 5.0.0-5.2.0, 6.0.0-6.0.29 | ||||
| CVE-2026-112950 | 1 Vitest.dev | 2 Mocker, Vitest | 2026-10-20 | 5.9 Medium |
| Vitest is a Vite-native testing framework for JavaScript and TypeScript projects. From 4.1.11 until 4.1.12 and 5.0.3, isFileLoadingAllowed and the filesystem read interpret backslashes differently on Windows in packages/mocker/src/node/interceptorPlugin.ts. When a client can reach the Vite dev server on Windows and register a redirect mock containing backslash traversal, POSIX joining preserves a Windows backslash traversal that the later filesystem read interprets as a path separator, so the client can read a file outside server.fs.allow that the Vitest process can access. This issue is fixed in versions 4.1.12 and 5.0.3. | ||||

| CVE-2026-113672 | 1 Argoproj | 1 Argo-cd | 2026-10-20 | 9.9 Critical |
| Argo CD is a declarative, GitOps continuous delivery tool for Kubernetes. From 0.9.0 until 3.3.15, 3.4.10, 3.5.4, and 3.6.0-rc2, the repo-server evaluates .jsonnet files with an importer that does not confine import, importstr, or importbin to the repository root. Absolute paths, parent-directory traversal, and repository symlinks can open any file readable by the repo-server, including /proc/self/environ, projected service-account tokens, mounted private keys, and repository credentials. Although generated Secrets are redacted, placing imported contents in a ConfigMap returns the data to the caller. Using importstr on a non-terminating device such as /dev/zero can exhaust repo-server memory. An attacker can commit a .jsonnet file to a Git repository used by an Application or upload the file through POST /api/v1/applications/manifestsWithFiles, also exposed by argocd app diff --local --server-side-generate. Directory applications evaluate every .jsonnet file in the application directory. The upload path requires only Application get permission on an existing directory Application, without Application update or sync permission or repository write access. This issue is fixed in versions 3.3.15, 3.4.10, 3.5.4, and 3.6.0-rc2. | ||||
| CVE-2026-112946 | 1 Vitejs | 2 Vite, Vite-plus | 2026-10-20 | 3.7 Low |
| Vite is a frontend tooling framework for JavaScript. Prior to 6.4.4, 7.3.7, 8.1.6, 8.2.4, and 8.3.3, import analysis can record a root-relative browser URL in safeModulePaths instead of the cleaned resolved module identifier. On a network-accessible, non-Windows development server, an imported project file whose URL matches an absolute host path can authorize a later raw-filesystem request for that host file, provided server.fs.deny does not block it. The request can disclose the matching file outside the project root, but it does not allow arbitrary path traversal because the host path must correspond to a project-relative URL authorized by the application graph. This issue is fixed in versions 6.4.4, 7.3.7, 8.1.6, 8.2.4, and 8.3.3. | ||||
| CVE-2026-113392 | 1 Draytek | 2 Vigor2960, Vigor2960 Firmware | 2026-10-20 | 7.4 High |
| A vulnerability was found in DrayTek Vigor2960 1.5.1.6 Revision 8218. This vulnerability affects unknown code of the file /cgi-bin/mainfunction.cgi of the component Apmupload. Performing a manipulation of the argument action results in path traversal. The attack is possible to be carried out remotely. The exploit has been made public and could be used. Upgrading to version 1.5.1.7 is able to resolve this issue. Upgrading the affected component is advised. The vendor explains: "2960 1.5.1.7 has corrected many security issues. And 2960 is EoS with limited support, only major issues would be reviewed(e.g. unauthenticated vuln.)". This vulnerability only affects products that are no longer supported by the maintainer. | ||||
| CVE-2026-61702 | 1 Openprinting | 1 Cups | 2026-10-20 | 5.3 Medium |
| OpenPrinting CUPS is an open source printing system for Linux and other Unix-like operating systems. Prior to 2.4.20, copy_banner() in scheduler/ipp.c uses the attacker-controlled IPP attributes-natural-language value as a directory component beneath DataDir/banners when processing a job-sheets banner. The job-sheets value must first match a registered banner basename, and the traversed path must contain a matching reachable basename; selecting an arbitrary target as demonstrated additionally requires pre-positioned path state such as a symlink with that basename. Subject to the scheduler's filesystem and sandbox access, path separators in the language value can escape the intended banner directory, make the root scheduler open the reachable file, and copy its bytes into a job-sheet spool object that a configured backend can deliver to an attacker-observable endpoint. This issue is fixed in version 2.4.20. | ||||
| CVE-2026-84882 | 1 Ibm | 1 Guardium Data Protection | 2026-10-20 | 7.5 High |
| IBM Guardium Data Protection 12.2 is vulnerable to path traversal in the Universal Connector Oracle Wallet upload component. An authenticated remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to write arbitrary files to the system. | ||||
| CVE-2026-85029 | 1 Ibm | 1 Guardium Data Protection | 2026-10-20 | 7.5 High |
| IBM Guardium Data Protection 12.2 could allow a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information, delete arbitrary files, or execute arbitrary code due to improper limitation of a pathname to a restricted directory. | ||||
| CVE-2026-6968 | 2 Amazon, Aws | 4 Tough, Tuftool, Tough and 1 more | 2026-10-20 | 5.9 Medium |
| Incomplete path traversal fixes in awslabs/tough before tough-v0.22.0 allow remote authenticated users with delegated signing authority to write files outside intended output directories via absolute target names in copy_target/link_target, symlinked parent directories in save_target, or symlinked metadata filenames in SignedRole::write, because write paths trust the joined destination path without post-resolution containment verification. We recommend you upgrade to tough-v0.22.0 / tuftool-v0.15.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-92162 | 1 Flatpak | 1 Flatpak | 2026-10-20 | N/A |
| Flatpak is a system for building, distributing, and running sandboxed desktop applications on Linux. Prior to version 1.18.1, on systems where at least one OCI remote is configured (most common on Fedora systems), a malicious local user in an active local session could use a crafted architecture name to trick the `flatpak-system-helper` process into creating a root-owned directory tree with contents determined by the OCI remote, plus a root-owned `lock` file and `icons` directory, outside the intended root directory. If this vulnerability is combined with other vulnerabilities also fixed in 1.18.1, the combination can lead to local root privilege escalation. This particular vulnerability is not believed to be exploitable if there are no OCI remotes configured (common on non-Fedora systems). Version 1.18.1 patches the issue. | ||||
| CVE-2026-113395 | 1 Draytek | 2 Vigor2960, Vigor2960 Firmware | 2026-10-20 | 7.4 High |
| A security flaw has been discovered in DrayTek Vigor2960 1.5.1.6 Revision 8218. The affected element is the function cgiEscape of the file /cgi-bin/mainfunction.cgi of the component swmconfigupload. The manipulation of the argument multipart results in path traversal. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploit has been released to the public and may be used for attacks. Upgrading to version 1.5.1.7 is sufficient to fix this issue. The affected component should be upgraded. The vendor explains: "2960 1.5.1.7 has corrected many security issues. And 2960 is EoS with limited support, only major issues would be reviewed(e.g. unauthenticated vuln.)". This vulnerability only affects products that are no longer supported by the maintainer. | ||||
| CVE-2026-53995 | 1 Mlflow | 1 Mlflow | 2026-10-20 | 8.2 High |
| MLflow 3.17.1 and earlier contains a path traversal vulnerability in the FileStore tracking backend that allows unauthenticated attackers to control filesystem paths by submitting a crafted trace ID containing traversal sequences to the POST /api/3.0/mlflow/traces endpoint. Attackers can exploit FileStore.start_trace() to write trace_info.yaml, request_metadata, and tag files with attacker-controlled metadata outside the intended experiment trace directory, subject to the server process's filesystem permissions. FileStore is the default tracking backend before MLflow 3.7.0 and opt-in thereafter (the default changed to a SQLite database), so deployments in the earlier part of the affected range are vulnerable without special configuration while later ones are affected only when FileStore is explicitly selected. | ||||
| CVE-2026-43851 | 1 Advantech | 1 Adam-3600 | 2026-10-20 | N/A |
| A path traversal vulnerability could allow an authenticated attacker to read arbitrary files on the system. | ||||
| CVE-2026-12660 | 1 Ibm | 2 Mq Advanced Container Images, Mq Operator | 2026-10-20 | 2.7 Low |
| IBM MQ Web Console could allow an authenticated administrator to write files outside the intended directory due to improper path validation. | ||||
| CVE-2026-112372 | 1 H3c | 2 Magic Nx15, Magic Nx15 Firmware | 2026-10-20 | 6.6 Medium |
| A weakness has been identified in H3C Magic NX15 V100R017. This affects the function importprofile of the file /api/upload. This manipulation of the argument fileName causes path traversal. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The exploit has been made available to the public and could be used for attacks. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure. | ||||
| CVE-2026-106173 | 1 Fortinet | 1 Fortisiem | 2026-10-20 | 9.4 Critical |
| A improper limitation of a pathname to a restricted directory ('path traversal') vulnerability in Fortinet FortiSIEM 7.5.0 may allow attacker to execute unauthorized code or commands via specially crafted packets. | ||||
| CVE-2026-86928 | 1 Apple | 1 Macos | 2026-10-20 | 5.5 Medium |

| CVE-2026-79985 | 1 Apache | 2 Apache Camel, Camel | 2026-10-20 | 7.4 High |
| Improper Limitation of a Pathname to a Restricted Directory ('Path Traversal') vulnerability in Apache Camel SMB component. This issue affects Apache Camel: from 4.2.0 before 4.18.5, from 4.19.0 before 4.22.1. The Camel remote-file consumers poll a directory on a remote server and build the absolute remote path of each file by concatenating the configured directory with the file name reported in the server's directory listing. That concatenation (FtpUtils.absoluteFilePath and GenericFileConsumer) applied no lexical normalization and no check that the result stayed inside the directory being polled, and the resulting path became the operand for every subsequent remote operation on the file: retrieval (FtpOperations.retrieveFile / SftpOperations, reached from GenericFileConsumer where the retrieve name is taken verbatim from GenericFile.getAbsoluteFilePath), deletion when delete=true (GenericFileDeleteProcessStrategy), and renaming when move, preMove, moveFailed or readLock=rename is configured (GenericFileProcessStrategySupport and GenericFileRenameExclusiveReadLockStrategy). Neither isValidFile nor isMatched performed any containment check. A listing entry that is not a single path segment therefore resolved to a path outside the configured polling directory, causing Camel to read, delete or rename files outside it using the endpoint's own credentials. A listing name is not route-controlled data. It is supplied by the remote server, and the FTP control channel carries no integrity protection at all, so an on-path attacker can rewrite a LIST response without holding any credentials; a compromised, malicious or multi-tenant server, or a server backed by a virtual filesystem, can emit such a name directly. Retrieval is reachable in a default consumer configuration, since the remote consumers download every listed file; deletion and renaming additionally require one of the disposition options above, all of which are common. Escape from the directory Camel was configured to poll is unconditional, while escape from the server's own account boundary additionally depends on whether that server confines the account. The jailStartingDirectory option, which is documented as restricting Camel to the starting directory and is enabled by default, governed producer writes and, since the localWorkDirectory containment work, consumer downloads to the local work directory - but it did not constrain this remote operand, so its name and description claimed a boundary that was not enforced here. The same entry point had already been recognised on the local side: the localWorkDirectory download path was constrained so that a remote file name containing parent-directory segments could not resolve outside the local work directory. The remote operand was the remaining half of that surface. This artifact provides the smb scheme. Its consumer walks the share listing on its own rather than through RemoteFileConsumer, skipping only the exact "." and ".." entries, so a name carrying traversal segments in any other form was concatenated unchecked. Reaching it requires a server that emits a listing name which is not a single path segment, which a conforming SMB2 implementation does not do; the exposure was corrected on the same basis as the other remote-file consumers rather than from a demonstrated proof of concept against this scheme. Upgrade to Apache Camel 4.23.0, which fixes the issue. Users on the 4.22.x releases stream should upgrade to 4.22.1. Users on the 4.18.x LTS releases stream should upgrade to 4.18.5. The 4.14.x stream reached end of life and does not receive this fix; users on it should move to a supported releases stream. | ||||
| CVE-2026-79984 | 1 Apache | 2 Apache Camel, Camel | 2026-10-20 | 7.4 High |
| Improper Limitation of a Pathname to a Restricted Directory ('Path Traversal') vulnerability in Apache Camel Mina SFTP component. This issue affects Apache Camel: from 4.18.0 before 4.18.5, from 4.19.0 before 4.22.1. The Camel remote-file consumers poll a directory on a remote server and build the absolute remote path of each file by concatenating the configured directory with the file name reported in the server's directory listing. The remote operand was the remaining half of that surface. This artifact provides the mina-sftp scheme, an alternative SFTP implementation whose consumer derives from the same RemoteFileConsumer base class and therefore inherited the same unconstrained resolution. Upgrade to Apache Camel 4.23.0, which fixes the issue. Users on the 4.22.x releases stream should upgrade to 4.22.1. Users on the 4.18.x LTS releases stream should upgrade to 4.18.5.
