| CVE-2024-10306 | 1 Redhat | 3 Enterprise Linux, Jboss Core Services, Rhel Eus | 2026-10-21 | 5.4 Medium |
| A vulnerability was found in mod_proxy_cluster. The issue is that the <Directory> directive should be replaced by the <Location> directive as the former does not restrict IP/host access as `Require ip IP_ADDRESS` would suggest. This means that anyone with access to the host might send MCMP requests that may result in adding/removing/updating nodes for the balancing. However, this host should not be accessible to the public network as it does not serve the general traffic. | ||||
| CVE-2026-96889 | 1 Redhat | 1 Enterprise Linux | 2026-10-21 | 7.8 High |
| A flaw was found in librsvg. When processing an SVG document containing nested XML inclusions (Xincludes) with duplicate entity declarations, a use-after-free error can occur. This vulnerability arises because the library incorrectly frees an XML entity that is still in use by the parser. An attacker could potentially exploit this to cause a denial of service or execute arbitrary code. | ||||
| CVE-2026-112259 | 2 Gimp, Redhat | 2 Gimp, Enterprise Linux | 2026-10-21 | 5.5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in GIMP. Importing a crafted SBZ palette without a color-model attribute can cause a NULL pointer dereference during string comparison, resulting in denial of service of the GIMP application. | ||||
| CVE-2026-112260 | 2 Gimp, Redhat | 2 Gimp, Enterprise Linux | 2026-10-21 | 7.1 High |
| A flaw was found in GIMP. Opening a crafted XCF with a malformed text-layer parasite can cause a heap out-of-bounds read, disclosing adjacent heap data into layer text and causing denial of service. | ||||
| CVE-2026-112257 | 2 Gimp, Redhat | 2 Gimp, Enterprise Linux | 2026-10-21 | 7.8 High |
| A flaw was found in GIMP. The PSD thumbnail resource loader performs a BGR-to-RGB channel swap with a fixed 3-byte stride and does not verify that the JPEG thumbnail is RGB. A crafted grayscale PSD thumbnail can cause a heap out-of-bounds read and write in the plug-in process, leading to a crash and potentially arbitrary code execution when the victim browses or opens the file. | ||||
| CVE-2026-112261 | 2 Gimp, Redhat | 2 Gimp, Enterprise Linux | 2026-10-21 | 7.8 High |
| A flaw was found in GIMP. Opening a crafted XCF that selects a path and then fails to load that path can cause a use-after-free in the main process, leading to a crash and potentially arbitrary code execution. | ||||
| CVE-2026-92823 | 1 Redhat | 3 Enterprise Linux, Hummingbird, Openshift | 2026-10-21 | 6.2 Medium |
| A flaw was found in libmodulemd. In builds with rpmio support enabled, compressed modulemd YAML is decompressed through a custom read handler that does not enforce a cumulative decompressed-size limit before parsing. An attacker who can supply a highly compressible compressed YAML file can cause excessive CPU and memory consumption, resulting in a denial of service. | ||||
| CVE-2026-94184 | 1 Redhat | 1 Enterprise Linux | 2026-10-21 | 5.3 Medium |
| A stack-based buffer overflow flaw was found in fetchmail when built with NTLM support. A malicious or compromised mail server advertising NTLM authentication can send a crafted Type 2 challenge that causes fetchmail to write past a fixed stack buffer while building the NTLM authenticate response. This may lead to remote code execution depending on stack-frame layout, or to authentication failure or process termination under memory hardening. | ||||
| CVE-2026-113496 | 1 Redhat | 1 Enterprise Linux | 2026-10-21 | 5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in cockpit-machines. When saving Virtual Network Computing (VNC) console settings, the configured password is passed directly as a command-line argument to an underlying system utility. A local unprivileged attacker on a host that allows cross-user process inspection could read the exposed password from the process list while another user modifies settings. This credential disclosure can allow unauthorized access to the guest virtual machine's graphical console. | ||||
| CVE-2026-92768 | 1 Redhat | 1 Enterprise Linux | 2026-10-21 | 5.5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in cockpit-machines. This vulnerability allows a local attacker to expose sensitive Virtual Machine (VM) credentials, including plaintext passwords, by inspecting process command-line arguments during VM creation or installation. The cockpit-machines component passes password values directly on the command line, making them visible to other local users on systems where process arguments are not restricted. Successful exploitation leads to information disclosure, potentially compromising VM access. | ||||
| CVE-2026-92745 | 1 Redhat | 1 Enterprise Linux | 2026-10-21 | 5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in cockpit-machines. This vulnerability allows a local attacker with the ability to inspect process metadata to disclose a sensitive Red Hat Subscription Management (RHSM) offline token. The token is exposed when it is passed as a command-line argument to a helper script during the token validation process. Successful exploitation could lead to the compromise of confidentiality, as the exposed token can be used to request access tokens. | ||||
| CVE-2026-92747 | 1 Redhat | 1 Enterprise Linux | 2026-10-21 | 5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in `cockpit-machines`. This vulnerability allows a local attacker with the ability to inspect running processes to expose sensitive guest virtual machine (VM) credentials, such as `rootPassword` and `userPassword`. This occurs when the `install_machine.py` script passes these credentials as a JSON command-line argument during VM creation or installation. The exposure is limited to the period when the installation workflow is active and depends on host process-visibility policies. | ||||
| CVE-2026-53009 | 2 Linux, Redhat | 2 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux | 2026-10-21 | 7.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ice: fix double-free of tx_buf skb If ice_tso() or ice_tx_csum() fail, the error path in ice_xmit_frame_ring() frees the skb, but the 'first' tx_buf still points to it and is marked as valid (ICE_TX_BUF_SKB). 'next_to_use' remains unchanged, so the potential problem will likely fix itself when the next packet is transmitted and the tx_buf gets overwritten. But if there is no next packet and the interface is brought down instead, ice_clean_tx_ring() -> ice_unmap_and_free_tx_buf() will find the tx_buf and free the skb for the second time. The fix is to reset the tx_buf type to ICE_TX_BUF_EMPTY in the error path, so that ice_unmap_and_free_tx_buf(). Move the initialization of 'first' up, to ensure it's already valid in case we hit the linearization error path. The bug was spotted by AI while I had it looking for something else. It also proposed an initial version of the patch. I reproduced the bug and tested the fix by adding code to inject failures, on a build with KASAN. I looked for similar bugs in related Intel drivers and did not find any. | ||||
| CVE-2026-53000 | 2 Linux, Redhat | 2 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux | 2026-10-21 | 7.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netfilter: nat: use kfree_rcu to release ops Florian Westphal says: "Historically this is not an issue, even for normal base hooks: the data path doesn't use the original nf_hook_ops that are used to register the callbacks. However, in v5.14 I added the ability to dump the active netfilter hooks from userspace. This code will peek back into the nf_hook_ops that are available at the tail of the pointer-array blob used by the datapath. The nat hooks are special, because they are called indirectly from the central nat dispatcher hook. They are currently invisible to the nfnl hook dump subsystem though. But once that changes the nat ops structures have to be deferred too." Update nf_nat_register_fn() to deal with partial exposition of the hooks from error path which can be also an issue for nfnetlink_hook. | ||||
| CVE-2025-37750 | 2 Linux, Redhat | 2 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux | 2026-10-21 | 9.8 Critical |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: smb: client: fix UAF in decryption with multichannel After commit f7025d861694 ("smb: client: allocate crypto only for primary server") and commit b0abcd65ec54 ("smb: client: fix UAF in async decryption"), the channels started reusing AEAD TFM from primary channel to perform synchronous decryption, but that can't done as there could be multiple cifsd threads (one per channel) simultaneously accessing it to perform decryption. This fixes the following KASAN splat when running fstest generic/249 with 'vers=3.1.1,multichannel,max_channels=4,seal' against Windows Server 2022: BUG: KASAN: slab-use-after-free in gf128mul_4k_lle+0xba/0x110 Read of size 8 at addr ffff8881046c18a0 by task cifsd/986 CPU: 3 UID: 0 PID: 986 Comm: cifsd Not tainted 6.15.0-rc1 #1 PREEMPT(voluntary) Hardware name: QEMU Standard PC (Q35 + ICH9, 2009), BIOS 1.16.3-3.fc41 04/01/2014 Call Trace: <TASK> dump_stack_lvl+0x5d/0x80 print_report+0x156/0x528 ? gf128mul_4k_lle+0xba/0x110 ? __virt_addr_valid+0x145/0x300 ? __phys_addr+0x46/0x90 ? gf128mul_4k_lle+0xba/0x110 kasan_report+0xdf/0x1a0 ? gf128mul_4k_lle+0xba/0x110 gf128mul_4k_lle+0xba/0x110 ghash_update+0x189/0x210 shash_ahash_update+0x295/0x370 ? __pfx_shash_ahash_update+0x10/0x10 ? __pfx_shash_ahash_update+0x10/0x10 ? __pfx_extract_iter_to_sg+0x10/0x10 ? ___kmalloc_large_node+0x10e/0x180 ? __asan_memset+0x23/0x50 crypto_ahash_update+0x3c/0xc0 gcm_hash_assoc_remain_continue+0x93/0xc0 crypt_message+0xe09/0xec0 [cifs] ? __pfx_crypt_message+0x10/0x10 [cifs] ? _raw_spin_unlock+0x23/0x40 ? __pfx_cifs_readv_from_socket+0x10/0x10 [cifs] decrypt_raw_data+0x229/0x380 [cifs] ? __pfx_decrypt_raw_data+0x10/0x10 [cifs] ? __pfx_cifs_read_iter_from_socket+0x10/0x10 [cifs] smb3_receive_transform+0x837/0xc80 [cifs] ? __pfx_smb3_receive_transform+0x10/0x10 [cifs] ? __pfx___might_resched+0x10/0x10 ? __pfx_smb3_is_transform_hdr+0x10/0x10 [cifs] cifs_demultiplex_thread+0x692/0x1570 [cifs] ? __pfx_cifs_demultiplex_thread+0x10/0x10 [cifs] ? rcu_is_watching+0x20/0x50 ? rcu_lockdep_current_cpu_online+0x62/0xb0 ? find_held_lock+0x32/0x90 ? kvm_sched_clock_read+0x11/0x20 ? local_clock_noinstr+0xd/0xd0 ? trace_irq_enable.constprop.0+0xa8/0xe0 ? __pfx_cifs_demultiplex_thread+0x10/0x10 [cifs] kthread+0x1fe/0x380 ? kthread+0x10f/0x380 ? __pfx_kthread+0x10/0x10 ? local_clock_noinstr+0xd/0xd0 ? ret_from_fork+0x1b/0x60 ? local_clock+0x15/0x30 ? lock_release+0x29b/0x390 ? rcu_is_watching+0x20/0x50 ? __pfx_kthread+0x10/0x10 ret_from_fork+0x31/0x60 ? __pfx_kthread+0x10/0x10 ret_from_fork_asm+0x1a/0x30 </TASK> | ||||

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: eth: bnxt: fix truesize for mb-xdp-pass case When mb-xdp is set and return is XDP_PASS, packet is converted from xdp_buff to sk_buff with xdp_update_skb_shared_info() in bnxt_xdp_build_skb(). bnxt_xdp_build_skb() passes incorrect truesize argument to xdp_update_skb_shared_info(). The truesize is calculated as BNXT_RX_PAGE_SIZE * sinfo->nr_frags but the skb_shared_info was wiped by napi_build_skb() before. So it stores sinfo->nr_frags before bnxt_xdp_build_skb() and use it instead of getting skb_shared_info from xdp_get_shared_info_from_buff(). | CVE-2025-21927 | 2 Linux, Redhat | 4 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Rhel E4s and 1 more | 2026-10-21 | 9.8 Critical |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: nvme-tcp: fix potential memory corruption in nvme_tcp_recv_pdu() nvme_tcp_recv_pdu() doesn't check the validity of the header length. When header digests are enabled, a target might send a packet with an invalid header length (e.g. 255), causing nvme_tcp_verify_hdgst() to access memory outside the allocated area and cause memory corruptions by overwriting it with the calculated digest. Fix this by rejecting packets with an unexpected header length. | ||||
| CVE-2024-57809 | 2 Linux, Redhat | 2 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux | 2026-10-21 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: PCI: imx6: Fix suspend/resume support on i.MX6QDL The suspend/resume functionality is currently broken on the i.MX6QDL platform, as documented in the NXP errata (ERR005723): https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/errata/IMX6DQCE.pdf This patch addresses the issue by sharing most of the suspend/resume sequences used by other i.MX devices, while avoiding modifications to critical registers that disrupt the PCIe functionality. It targets the same problem as the following downstream commit: https://github.com/nxp-imx/linux-imx/commit/4e92355e1f79d225ea842511fcfd42b343b32995 Unlike the downstream commit, this patch also resets the connected PCIe device if possible. Without this reset, certain drivers, such as ath10k or iwlwifi, will crash on resume. The device reset is also done by the driver on other i.MX platforms, making this patch consistent with existing practices. Upon resuming, the kernel will hang and display an error. Here's an example of the error encountered with the ath10k driver: ath10k_pci 0000:01:00.0: Unable to change power state from D3hot to D0, device inaccessible Unhandled fault: imprecise external abort (0x1406) at 0x0106f944 Without this patch, suspend/resume will fail on i.MX6QDL devices if a PCIe device is connected.
