CVSS v3.1 |
| vLLM before 0.31.0 contains a cross-request mask leak in InputBatch.condense() that allows remote attackers to constrain other clients' outputs by leaving stale allowed_token_ids rows. Attackers can submit concurrent constrained generate requests, including via unauthenticated /invocations, so recycled batch slots apply their token allowlist to victims' unrestricted requests. |
| @fastify/oauth2 is a Fastify wrapper for OAuth2 login flows. In versions 7.2.0 through 8.3.1, the state and code-verifier cookies are set without a Path attribute at a login route with two or more path segments, while the clearing step at the OAuth callback writes them with a root path, so the original cookies survive the callback and the documented single-use guarantee for the state value does not hold. A state value an attacker learns stays valid for the rest of the browser session, letting the attacker drive their own authorization flow in the victim's browser and sign the victim in to the attacker's account (login CSRF). The issue is fixed in @fastify/oauth2 8.3.2, and users should upgrade to 8.3.2 or later. As a workaround, set an explicit cookie path so the set and the clear name the same cookie. |
| Fenrir Sleipnir Browser for Android before 3.9.0 contains a UI spoofing vulnerability that allows remote attackers to impersonate the browser's trusted address bar by entering fullscreen mode via the Fullscreen API without displaying a persistent notification or trusted-origin indicator. Attackers can render a counterfeit address bar showing a trusted origin over attacker-controlled content after a single user tap, enabling credential harvesting, malware delivery, or social engineering through fake login, update, or payment pages. |
| `_gx_binres_pixelmap_table_load()` in the GUIX binary resource (theme) loader indexes the pixelmap table with a value read verbatim from the resource file and never bounds it against the table size. A crafted theme drives a write of up to roughly 256 KB past the end of the table.
The overflowed buffer is allocated by GUIX itself, through `_gx_system_memory_allocator`, rather than supplied by the caller, so the loader corrupts its own arena. The public API `gx_binres_theme_load()` takes no size parameter, so no amount of caller diligence prevents this.
Reproduces in the shipped default configuration; `GX_BINARY_RESOURCE_SUPPORT` is enabled by default. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
of/overlay: only treat a positive changeset id as registered
of_overlay_fdt_apply() stores the idr_alloc() return value in
ovcs->id before checking it. On failure the stored id is negative,
free_overlay_changeset()'s "if (ovcs->id)" check passes, idr_remove()
is called with a negative id and list_del() runs on ovcs->ovcs_list,
which is not initialized until after the id allocation. An allocation
failure at that point dereferences NULL.
Make free_overlay_changeset() treat only a strict-positive id as
registered. The rest of the function already copes with a
partially-initialized ovcs, so the error path stays a plain
goto err_free_ovcs. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
rtc: ac100: Assign .num before accessing .hws
Commit f316cdff8d67 ("clk: Annotate struct clk_hw_onecell_data with
__counted_by") annotated the hws member of 'struct clk_hw_onecell_data'
with __counted_by, which informs the bounds sanitizer (UBSAN_BOUNDS)
about the number of elements in .hws[], so that it can warn when .hws[]
is accessed out of bounds. As noted in that change, the __counted_by
member must be initialized with the number of elements before the first
array access happens, otherwise there will be a warning from each access
prior to the initialization because the number of elements is zero.
This occurs in ac100_rtc_register_clks() due to .num being assigned only
after every clkout clock has been stored in .hws[]. With
CONFIG_UBSAN_BOUNDS and a compiler that implements __counted_by (GCC
15.1+ or Clang 20.1+), this triggers an array-index-out-of-bounds report
during probe, and with CONFIG_UBSAN_TRAP the first store traps.
Initialize .num with AC100_CLKOUT_NUM, the number of elements .hws[] was
allocated with, right after the allocation. That is the value the loop
counter ends up at on the success path anyway, so the provider's
behaviour is unchanged. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
usb: typec: tipd: fix uninitialized typec_partner_desc in tps6598x_connect()
tps6598x_connect() passes a stack-allocated typec_partner_desc to
typec_register_partner() after initializing only usb_pd, accessory and
identity.
typec_register_partner() copies attach and deattach from the descriptor
into the partner. With those fields left unset, garbage function pointers
may be stored and later invoked from typec_partner_link_device() when a USB
device is linked to the port. Uninitialized pd_revision and usb_capability
similarly leak stack data through partner sysfs.
Zero-initialize the descriptor so optional callbacks remain NULL and the
remaining fields are zero. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ASoC: codecs: rt1017-sdca-sdw: fix uninitialized stream_config->type
stream_config is not initialized before being passed to
sdw_stream_add_slave(). The type field may contain garbage and is
later copied to stream->type by sdw_config_stream().
Zero-initialize stream_config so type defaults to SDW_STREAM_PCM.
While at it, use snd_sdw_params_to_config() helper instead of
open-coding the same logic. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
virtio_ring: fix stale descriptor flags after a failed packed add
In a packed ring the AVAIL and USED bits sit in the descriptor itself,
so writing them makes that descriptor available. Those bit combinations
flip meaning on every round of the ring, tracked by a wrap counter, so
invalidating or validating a descriptor means inverting both bits.
Commit 1ce9e6055fa0 ("virtio_ring: introduce packed ring support") has
virtqueue_add_packed() make every descriptor of a chain available as it
maps the chain, and write the head last. The device consumes the ring in
order and stops at a head that is not available yet, so it never reaches
the rest.
When vring_map_one_sg() fails partway, unmap_release unmaps the segments
and restores avail_used_flags, but the descriptors it wrote to in the
ring stay marked with AVAIL and USED bits. The head is now the only
entry that keeps the device from consuming these stale entries.
For example, the ring would look like this now.
Z - pre-previous command
A - previous command
B - aborted command
C - current command
[A1 DONE] [A2 DONE] <C1 EMPTY> [B2] [B3] [Z1 DONE]
When the driver now attempts to issue the C command, the next add starts
at the same head as B. If C spans less descriptors than B, there is no
end marker because AVAIL and USED bits were still in place. And that
means the device will start interpreting these stale entries (B2/B3) as
another command entry, which then blocks the queue.
This effect typically happens in swiotlb configurations under memory
pressure, because vring_map_one_sg() can then fail with larger I/O
requests which then leads to command abortions.
There are broadly 2 ways to avoid leaving those flags behind:
1) Defer those flags too until the chain is complete.
2) Rewrite those flags for the previous wrap counter.
Implement the second option in both packed add paths. The first option
traverses the chain a second time on every successful add. The second
option invalidates all added descriptors when any add fails.
With this patch applied, a packed virtqueue keeps completing requests
after a failed add. |

smb/server: fix session leak in ksmbd_session_register()
See the procedure below:
smb2_sess_setup
ksmbd_smb2_session_create
__session_create
atomic_set(&sess->refcnt, 2)
hash_add(sessions_table, &sess->hlist, sess->id)
ksmbd_session_register
xa_store(&conn->sessions, sess->id, sess) // fail
ksmbd_user_session_put
atomic_dec(&sess->refcnt) // refcnt is 1, session is not freed
Remove the session from sessions_table and drop its table reference if
xa_store() fails. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
scsi: qla2xxx: Zero dport diagnostics buffer to avoid info leak
qla2x00_do_dport_diagnostics() allocates the qla_dport_diag response
buffer with kmalloc_obj() (non-zeroing) and, on success, copies the full
sizeof(*dd) back to user space via sg_copy_from_buffer(). The inbound
sg_copy_to_buffer() only fills as many bytes as the user request payload
provides, and qla26xx_dport_diagnostics() zeroes only dd->buf. The
options and unused[] fields are therefore copied out uninitialized,
leaking kernel heap contents to user space.
Allocate with kzalloc_obj(), matching qla2x00_do_dport_diagnostics_v2(). |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
f2fs: fix dentry folio leak in find_in_level
find_in_level() gets a dentry folio with f2fs_find_data_folio() before
calling find_in_block(). If find_in_block() returns an error, the
function stores the error in res_folio and breaks out of the loop without
dropping the dentry folio.
This leaks the folio reference on the find_in_block() error path. Drop
the dentry folio before returning the error to the caller. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
drm/amdkfd: Fix the case that vm range is hole at svm_migrate_copy_to_vram
When migration vm range is hole at cpu side(MIGRATE_PFN_MIGRATE set +
MIGRATE_PFN_VALID unset) driver still allocates device pages. There is no
dma map of src pages and migration. j is 0 and svm_migrate_copy_memory_gart()
will return an uninitialized r. That can trigger out_free_vram_pages to drop
all VRAM just set up.
Initialize r and only call the last svm_migrate_copy_memory_gart if j > 0.
Current code postponed the last page to the final copy. This patch flushes on
the last page when reach to the end of current drm_buddy_block; avoids another
svm_migrate_copy_memory_gart. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
PCI: Allow per function PCI slots to fix slot reset on s390
On s390 systems, which use a machine level hypervisor, PCI devices are
always accessed through a form of PCI pass-through which fundamentally
operates on a per PCI function granularity. This is also reflected in the
s390 PCI hotplug driver which creates hotplug slots for individual PCI
functions. Its reset_slot() function, which is a wrapper for
zpci_hot_reset_device(), thus also resets individual functions.
Currently, the pci_create_slot() assigns the same pci_slot object to
multifunction devices. This approach worked fine on s390 systems that only
exposed virtual functions as individual PCI domains to the operating
system. Since commit 44510d6fa0c0 ("s390/pci: Handling multifunctions")
s390 supports exposing the topology of multifunction PCI devices by
grouping them in a shared PCI domain. This creates a problem when resetting
a function through the hotplug driver's slot_reset() interface.
When attempting to reset a function through the hotplug driver, the shared
slot assignment causes the wrong function to be reset instead of the
intended one. It also leaks memory as we do create a pci_slot object for
the function, but don't correctly free it in pci_slot_release().
Add a flag for struct pci_slot to allow per function PCI slots for
functions managed through a hypervisor, which exposes individual PCI
functions while retaining the topology. Since we can use all 8 bits for
slot 'number' (for ARI devices), change slot 'number' u16 to account for
special values PCI_SLOT_PLACEHOLDER and PCI_SLOT_ALL_DEVICES. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
RDMA/bnxt_re: Initialize dpi variable to zero
dpi is initialized only for BNXT_RE_ALLOC_WC_PAGE, but copied
for all the cases. So initialize the dpi to 0. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ethtool: module: call ethnl_ops_complete() on module flash errors
When validate() fails we are skipping over ethnl_ops_complete()
even tho we already called ethnl_ops_begin(). |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
net: airoha: Add missing bits in airoha_qdma_cleanup_tx_queue()
Similar to airoha_qdma_cleanup_rx_queue(), reset DMA TX descriptors in
airoha_qdma_cleanup_tx_queue routine. Moreover, reset TX_DMA_IDX to
TX_CPU_IDX to notify the NIC the QDMA TX ring is empty. |

[CAUSE]
Inside btrfs_write_and_wait_transaction(), we first try to write all
dirty ebs, then wait for them to finish.
After that we call btrfs_extent_io_tree_release() to free all
extent states from dirty_pages io tree.
However if we hit an error from btrfs_write_marked_extent(), then we
still call btrfs_extent_io_tree_release() to clear that dirty_pages io
tree, which may contain dirty records that we haven't yet submitted.
Furthermore, the later transaction cleanup path will utilize that
dirty_pages io tree to properly cleanup those dirty ebs, but since it's
already empty, no dirty ebs are properly cleaned up, thus will later
trigger the warnings inside invalidate_btree_folios().

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
spi: mpc52xx: fix controller deregistration
Make sure to deregister the controller before disabling and releasing
underlying resources like interrupts and gpios during driver unbind. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
usb: chipidea: udc: fix DMA and SG cleanup in _ep_nuke()
The ChipIdea UDC driver can encounter "not page aligned sg buffer"
errors when a USB device is reconnected after being disconnected
during an active transfer. This occurs because _ep_nuke() returns
requests to the gadget layer without properly unmapping DMA buffers
or cleaning up scatter-gather bounce buffers.
Root cause:
When a disconnect happens during a multi-segment DMA transfer, the
request's num_mapped_sgs field and sgt.sgl pointer remain set with
stale values. The request is returned to the gadget driver with status
-ESHUTDOWN but still has active DMA state. If the gadget driver reuses
this request on reconnect without reinitializing it, the stale DMA
state causes _hardware_enqueue() to skip DMA mapping (seeing non-zero
num_mapped_sgs) and attempt to use freed/invalid DMA addresses,
leading to alignment errors and potential memory corruption.
The normal completion path via _hardware_dequeue() properly calls
usb_gadget_unmap_request_by_dev() and sglist_do_debounce() before
returning the request. The _ep_nuke() path must do the same cleanup
to ensure requests are returned in a clean, reusable state.
Fix:
Add DMA unmapping and bounce buffer cleanup to _ep_nuke() to mirror
the cleanup sequence in _hardware_dequeue():
- Call usb_gadget_unmap_request_by_dev() if num_mapped_sgs is set
- Call sglist_do_debounce() with copy=false if bounce buffer exists
This ensures that when requests are returned due to endpoint shutdown,
they don't retain stale DMA mappings. The 'false' parameter to
sglist_do_debounce() prevents copying data back (appropriate for
shutdown path where transfer was aborted). |
