CVSS v3.1 |
| In Splunk SOAR versions below 8.7.0, an authenticated user who does not hold a role with permission to view apps could download an archive of an installed app. This could expose all data in the app archive, including proprietary source code and sensitive information.
The vulnerability is possible because Splunk SOAR does not verify permission to view apps before it returns the app archive.
For more information see Export or import an app (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-soar/soar-on-premises/develop-apps/8.4.0/develop-an-app-using-the-splunk-soar-app-wizard/export-or-import-an-app) and Manage roles and permissions in Splunk SOAR (On-premises) (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-soar/soar-on-premises/administer-soar-on-premises/8.5.0/manage-your-splunk-soar-on-premises-users-and-accounts/manage-roles-and-permissions-in-splunk-soar-on-premises) in the Splunk documentation. |
| In Splunk SOAR versions below 8.7.0, an authenticated user could change the Enterprise Security edition through the Representational State Transfer (REST) API and cause Splunk SOAR to apply the license change.
The vulnerability is possible because Splunk SOAR authenticates requests to manage the Enterprise Security edition but does not authorize the caller before it applies the license change.
For more information see Using the REST API reference for Splunk SOAR (On-premises) (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-soar/soar-on-premises/rest-api-reference/8.7.0/using-the-splunk-soar-rest-api/using-the-rest-api-reference-for-splunk-soar-on-premises), Obtain and configure a Splunk SOAR (On-premises) license (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-soar/soar-on-premises/administer-soar-on-premises/8.7.0/configure-your-companys-settings-in-splunk-soar-on-premises/obtain-and-configure-a-splunk-soar-on-premises-license), and Integration of Splunk SOAR with Splunk Enterprise Security (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise-security-8/administer/8.7/automation-with-playbooks/integration-of-splunk-soar-with-splunk-enterprise-security) in the Splunk documentation. |
| ArcadeDB from 26.8.1 before 26.10.1 contains an authorization bypass vulnerability that allows read-only users to modify edge type lightweight and unique schema flags without UPDATE_SCHEMA permission. Attackers can send a bare ALTER TYPE edgeType WITH lightweight = true command over the HTTP, gRPC, or Bolt command API to persistently alter edge storage declarations. |
| Vulnerability in Oracle Java SE (component: Libraries). Supported versions that are affected are Oracle Java SE: 8u503-perf, 11.0.32.1, 17.0.20.1, 21.0.12.1, 25.0.4.1, 27; Oracle GraalVM for JDK: 17.0.20.1 and 21.0.12.1; Oracle GraalVM Enterprise Edition: 21.3.19.1.1. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized creation, deletion or modification access to critical data or all Oracle Java SE accessible data. Note: This vulnerability can be exploited by using APIs in the specified Component, e.g., through a web service which supplies data to the APIs. This vulnerability also applies to Java deployments, typically in clients running sandboxed Java Web Start applications or sandboxed Java applets, that load and run untrusted code (e.g., code that comes from the internet) and rely on the Java sandbox for security. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 4.7 (Integrity impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:L/AC:H/PR:N/UI:R/S:U/C:N/I:H/A:N). |
| Vulnerability in the PeopleSoft Enterprise PeopleTools product of Oracle PeopleSoft (component: Porting). Supported versions that are affected are 8.61-8.63. Difficult to exploit vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with logon to the infrastructure where PeopleSoft Enterprise PeopleTools executes to compromise PeopleSoft Enterprise PeopleTools. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized update, insert or delete access to some of PeopleSoft Enterprise PeopleTools accessible data. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 2.9 (Integrity impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:L/AC:H/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:L/A:N). |
| Vulnerability in the PeopleSoft Enterprise PeopleTools product of Oracle PeopleSoft (component: Push Notifications). Supported versions that are affected are 8.61 and 8.62. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows high privileged attacker with access to the physical communication segment attached to the hardware where the PeopleSoft Enterprise PeopleTools executes to compromise PeopleSoft Enterprise PeopleTools. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in takeover of PeopleSoft Enterprise PeopleTools. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 6.8 (Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:A/AC:L/PR:H/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H). |
| LogicalDOC Community Edition through 9.3 contains a missing authorization vulnerability in SoapDocumentService operations that allows authenticated users to access and modify unauthorized documents. Attackers can call copy, getExtractedText, deleteVersion, reindex, deleteLink, or restore via SOAP or /services/rest/document with sequential document IDs to disclose, delete, or tamper with documents. |
| MateCloud through 5.0.8 contains a missing authorization vulnerability that allows any authenticated user to manage object storage by calling the unprotected /api/v1/admin/storage endpoints in StorageController. Low-privilege or self-registered users can supply arbitrary bucket and objectName values to list objects, obtain pre-signed download URLs for other users' files, delete objects, and upload at chosen keys. |
| JetLinks Community through 2.10.0 contains a missing authorization vulnerability that allows users with only query access on transparent-codec to overwrite product codecs via POST /device/transparent-codec/{productId}. Because the endpoint lacks @SaveAction, attackers can save arbitrary codec providers and configurations, controlling how transparent messages are decoded and encoded for every device of that product. |
| JetLinks Community through 2.10.0 contains a missing authorization vulnerability that allows users with only query access to enable or disable any alarm configuration. Because the AlarmConfigController _enable and _disable endpoints lack the save action annotation, attackers can toggle alarms by id to silence alerts for monitored devices. |
| ThriveX-Server through 4.0 contains a missing authorization vulnerability in the GET /api/article and /api/article/{id} endpoints that allows unauthenticated attackers to read unpublished draft and soft-deleted articles. Attackers can request sequential article ids or supply isDraft=true or isDel=true query parameters to retrieve full titles, descriptions and content of non-public articles. |
| ZenTao PMS before 22.3 contains an authorization bypass vulnerability in commonModel::isOpenMethod() that lets logged-in users skip group-based ACL checks for any method containing 'ajax'. Minimal-privilege users can call methods like task.ajaxGetByID, system.ajaxDBAuthUrl and admin.ajaxChangeTableEngine to read data, obtain database credentials, trigger CI jobs and alter tables. |
| Missing Authorization vulnerability in Drupal Webform Submissions Delete allows Forceful Browsing. This issue affects Webform Submissions Delete versions: from 0.0.0 to 1.2.0. |
| Incorrect Authorization vulnerability in Drupal Jsonapi Role Access allows Forceful Browsing. This issue affects Jsonapi Role Access versions: from 0.0.0 to 2.0.2. |
| Missing Authorization vulnerability in Drupal Islandora allows Forceful Browsing. This issue affects Islandora versions: from 0.0.0 to 2.19.0. |
| Roundcube Webmail before 1.6.20 and 1.7.x before 1.7.5 allows the disabled_actions configuration setting to be bypassed. The check compared only the action name as requested, so a remote authenticated attacker could reach an action listed in disabled_actions by requesting it through its deprecated alias instead. Upstream fixed this in the commit “Fix bug where deprecated action aliases bypassed `disabled_actions` setting”, which moves the check into rcmail::action_handler() and resolves aliases before comparing. |
| Roundcube Webmail before 1.6.20 and 1.7.x before 1.7.5 is affected by an incorrect authorization vulnerability in the Modoboa driver of the password plugin. The driver took the first entry of the account search result returned by the Modoboa API instead of matching the authenticated user, so a password change could be applied to a different account. Upstream fixed this in the commit “Fix bug where Password Modoboa driver could change password for another account”, which selects the account whose username matches and fails if none does. |
| Incorrect Authorization vulnerability in Drupal Unpublished Node Permissions allows Forceful Browsing. This issue affects Unpublished Node Permissions versions: from 0.0.0 to 1.8.0. |
| A flaw was found in odh-dashboard in Red Hat OpenShift AI. The backend-for-frontend route GET /api/nim-serving/:nimResource reads Kubernetes Secrets using the dashboard service account and returns the full Secret object, including .data, without an authorization check. Any authenticated dashboard user can retrieve the cluster NVIDIA NGC API key Secret (apiKeySecret) and the NIM image pull secret (nimPullSecret). Create and delete of the same NIM credential are admin-gated; the read path is not. This is missing authorization (CWE-862) and insufficiently protected credentials (CWE-522). It is distinct from CVE-2026-5483 (service-account token leak in the Kubernetes client response wrapper on the same route) and CVE-2026-16456 (odh-model-controller cross-namespace confused deputy). |
| A flaw was found in sudo. When sudoers rules use NOTBEFORE or NOTAFTER time-based access restrictions with timestamps that omit the trailing 'Z' timezone indicator, the time evaluation relies on the TZ environment variable inherited from the calling user. Because sudo is a setuid-root program, an unprivileged local user can set TZ to an extreme timezone offset to shift the authorization window by up to approximately 25 hours, causing expired rules to be treated as valid. This allows the user to execute commands outside the intended time window. Authentication is not bypassed; only the time-based authorization check is affected. |
