CVSS v3.1 |
| The URL pattern of "" (the empty string) which exactly maps to the context root was not correctly handled in Apache Tomcat 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.4, 8.5.0 to 8.5.27, 8.0.0.RC1 to 8.0.49 and 7.0.0 to 7.0.84 when used as part of a security constraint definition. This caused the constraint to be ignored. It was, therefore, possible for unauthorised users to gain access to web application resources that should have been protected. Only security constraints with a URL pattern of the empty string were affected. |
| python before versions 2.7.15, 3.4.9, 3.5.6rc1, 3.6.5rc1 and 3.7.0 is vulnerable to catastrophic backtracking in the difflib.IS_LINE_JUNK method. An attacker could use this flaw to cause denial of service. |
| Logic bug in Kernel Mode Driver in Intel(R) Graphics Driver for Windows* before versions before versions 10.18.x.5059 (aka 15.33.x.5059), 10.18.x.5057 (aka 15.36.x.5057), 20.19.x.5063 (aka 15.40.x.5063) 21.20.x.5064 (aka 15.45.x.5064) and 24.20.100.6373 potentially enables a privileged user to execute arbitrary code via local access. |
| Unhandled exception in User Mode Driver in Intel(R) Graphics Driver for Windows* before versions 10.18.x.5059 (aka 15.33.x.5059), 10.18.x.5057 (aka 15.36.x.5057), 20.19.x.5063 (aka 15.40.x.5063) 21.20.x.5064 (aka 15.45.x.5064) and 24.20.100.6373 potentially enables an unprivileged user to cause a memory leak via local access. |

| Microsoft Office 2007 SP3, Office 2010 SP2, Office 2013 SP1, Office 2016, Office Online Server 2016, Office Web Apps 2010 SP2,Office Web Apps 2013 SP1, Project Server 2013 SP1, SharePoint Enterprise Server 2013 SP1, SharePoint Enterprise Server 2016, SharePoint Foundation 2013 SP1, Sharepoint Server 2010 SP2, Word 2016, and Skype for Business 2016 allow a remote code execution vulnerability when the software fails to properly handle objects in memory, aka "Office Remote Code Execution Vulnerability". This CVE ID is unique from CVE-2017-0261 and CVE-2017-0262. |
| When a SecurityManager is configured, a web application's ability to read system properties should be controlled by the SecurityManager. In Apache Tomcat 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.0.M9, 8.5.0 to 8.5.4, 8.0.0.RC1 to 8.0.36, 7.0.0 to 7.0.70, 6.0.0 to 6.0.45 the system property replacement feature for configuration files could be used by a malicious web application to bypass the SecurityManager and read system properties that should not be visible. |
| ActionServlet.java in Apache Struts 1 1.x through 1.3.10 mishandles multithreaded access to an ActionForm instance, which allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code or cause a denial of service (unexpected memory access) via a multipart request, a related issue to CVE-2015-0899. |
| Unspecified vulnerability in the Java SE and Java SE Embedded components in Oracle Java SE 6u105, 7u91, and 8u66 and Java SE Embedded 8u65 allows remote attackers to affect confidentiality, integrity, and availability via unknown vectors related to 2D. |
| Unspecified vulnerability in Oracle Java SE 6u105, 7u91, and 8u66; Java SE Embedded 8u65; and JRockit R28.3.8 allows remote attackers to affect confidentiality, integrity, and availability via vectors related to AWT. NOTE: the previous information is from the January 2016 CPU. Oracle has not commented on third-party claims that this is a heap-based buffer overflow in the readImage function, which allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via crafted image data. |
| Unspecified vulnerability in the Java SE, Java SE Embedded, and JRockit components in Oracle Java SE 8u66; Java SE Embedded 8u65; and JRockit R28.3.8 allows remote attackers to affect confidentiality and integrity via unknown vectors related to Libraries. |

| Unspecified vulnerability in the Java SE and Java SE Embedded components in Oracle Java SE 6u105, 7u91, and 8u66, and Java SE Embedded 8u65 allows remote authenticated users to affect confidentiality via vectors related to JMX. |
| Unspecified vulnerability in the Java SE and Java SE Embedded components in Oracle Java SE 6u105, 7u91, and 8u66 and Java SE Embedded 8u65 allows remote attackers to affect integrity via unknown vectors related to Networking. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
wifi: cfg80211: enforce HE/EHT cap/oper consistency
Xiang Mei reports that mac80211 could crash if eht_cap is set
but eht_oper isn't. Rather than fixing that for the individual
user(s), enforce that both HE/EHT have consistent elements. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ublk: reset per-IO canceled flag on each fetch
If a ublk server starts recovering devices but dies before issuing fetch
commands for all IOs, cancellation of the fetch commands that were
successfully issued may never complete. This is because the per-IO
canceled flag can remain set even after the fetch for that IO has been
submitted - the per-IO canceled flags for all IOs in a queue are reset
together only once all IOs for that queue have been fetched. So if a
nonempty proper subset of the IOs for a queue are fetched when the ublk
server dies, the IOs in that subset will never successfully be canceled,
as their canceled flags remain set, and this prevents ublk_cancel_cmd
from actually calling io_uring_cmd_done on the commands, despite the
fact that they are outstanding.
Fix this by resetting the per-IO cancel flags immediately when each IO
is fetched instead of waiting for all IOs for the queue (which may never
happen). |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
drm/ttm: Fix ttm_bo_shrink() infinite LRU walk on backup failure
Apply the same fix as b2ed01e7ad ("drm/ttm: Fix ttm_bo_swapout()
infinite LRU walk on swapout failure") to the ttm_bo_shrink() path.
Move del_bulk_move from before the backup to after success only,
using ttm_resource_del_bulk_move_unevictable() since the resource
is now unevictable once fully backed up. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ALSA: ctxfi: Check the error for index mapping
The ctxfi driver blindly assumed a proper value returned from
daio_device_index(), but it's not always true. Add a proper error
check to deal with the error from the function. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
blktrace: fix __this_cpu_read/write in preemptible context
tracing_record_cmdline() internally uses __this_cpu_read() and
__this_cpu_write() on the per-CPU variable trace_cmdline_save, and
trace_save_cmdline() explicitly asserts preemption is disabled via
lockdep_assert_preemption_disabled(). These operations are only safe
when preemption is off, as they were designed to be called from the
scheduler context (probe_wakeup_sched_switch() / probe_wakeup()).
__blk_add_trace() was calling tracing_record_cmdline(current) early in
the blk_tracer path, before ring buffer reservation, from process
context where preemption is fully enabled. This triggers the following
using blktests/blktrace/002:
blktrace/002 (blktrace ftrace corruption with sysfs trace) [failed]
