CVSS v3.1 |
Insufficient argument checking in Secure state Entry functions in software using Cortex-M Security Extensions (CMSE), that has been compiled using toolchains that implement 'Arm v8-M Security Extensions Requirements on Development Tools' prior to version 1.4, allows an attacker to pass values to Secure state that are out of range for types smaller than 32-bits. Out of range values might lead to incorrect operations in secure state.
Malformed Device Reset Locally command classes can be sent to temporarily deny service to an end device. Any frames sent by the end device will not be acknowledged by the gateway during this time.
Malformed S2 Nonce Get command classes can be sent to crash the gateway. A hard reset is required to recover the gateway.
A vulnerability classified as critical has been found in Shibang Communications IP Network Intercom Broadcasting System 1.0. This affects an unknown part of the file /php/busyscreenshotpush.php. The manipulation of the argument jsondata[callee]/jsondata[imagename] leads to path traversal: '../filedir'. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The identifier VDB-259065 was assigned to this vulnerability.
An issue in Tuya Smart camera U6N v.3.2.5 allows a remote attacker to cause a denial of service via a crafted packet to the network connection component.
dd-trace-cpp is the Datadog distributed tracing for C++. When the library fails to extract trace context due to malformed unicode, it logs the list of audited headers and their values using the `nlohmann` JSON library. However, due to the way the JSON library is invoked, it throws an uncaught exception, which results in a crash. This vulnerability has been patched in version 0.2.2.
A path traversal (directory traversal) vulnerability in D-Link DSR series routers allows unauthenticated remote attackers to manipulate input parameters used for file or directory path resolution (e.g., via sequences such as “../”). Successful exploitation may allow access to files outside of the intended directory, potentially exposing sensitive system or configuration files. The issue results from insufficient validation or sanitization of user-supplied input. Affected Products include: DSR-150, DSR-150N, and DSR-250N v1.09B32_WW.
esm.sh is a nobuild content delivery network(CDN) for modern web development. In 136 and earlier, a path-traversal flaw in the handling of the X-Zone-Id HTTP header allows an attacker to cause the application to write files outside the intended storage location. The header value is used to build a filesystem path but is not properly canonicalized or restricted to the application’s storage base directory. As a result, supplying ../ sequences in X-Zone-Id causes files to be written to arbitrary directories. Version 136.1 contains a patch.
A path traversal vulnerability in FastX3 thru 3.3.67 allows an unauthenticated attacker to read arbitrary files on the server. By leveraging this vulnerability, it is possible to access the application's configuration files, which contain the secret key used to sign JSON Web Tokens as well as existing JTIs. With this information, an attacker can forge valid JWTs, impersonate the root user, and achieve remote code execution in privileged context via authenticated endpoints.
A path traversal in StarNet Communications Corporation FastX v.4 through v4.1.51 allows unauthenticated attackers to read arbitrary files.
Uncaught exception issue exists in Multiple products in bizhub series. If a malformed file is imported as an S/MIME Email certificate, it may cause a denial-of-service issue that disable the Web Connection feature.
The MCP Python SDK, called `mcp` on PyPI, is a Python implementation of the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Prior to version 1.10.0, if a client deliberately triggers an exception after establishing a streamable HTTP session, this can lead to an uncaught ClosedResourceError on the server side, causing the server to crash and requiring a restart to restore service. Impact may vary depending on the deployment conditions, and presence of infrastructure-level resilience measures. Version 1.10.0 contains a patch for the issue.
Multer is a node.js middleware for handling `multipart/form-data`. A vulnerability that is present starting in version 1.4.4-lts.1 and prior to version 2.0.1 allows an attacker to trigger a Denial of Service (DoS) by sending an upload file request with an empty string field name. This request causes an unhandled exception, leading to a crash of the process. Users should upgrade to `2.0.1` to receive a patch. No known workarounds are available.
In DOMPurify through 3.2.5 before 6bc6d60, scripts/server.js does not ensure that a pathname is located under the current working directory. NOTE: the Supplier disputes the significance of this report because the "Uncontrolled data used in path expression" occurs "in a development helper script which starts a local web server if needed and must be manually started."
The WP Compress – Image Optimizer [All-In-One] plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Directory Traversal in all versions up to, and including, 6.10.33 via the css parameter. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to read the contents of arbitrary files on the server, which can contain sensitive information.
Haraka is a Node.js mail server. Prior to version 3.1.4, sending an email with __proto__: as a header name crashes the Haraka worker process. This issue has been patched in version 3.1.4.
Handlebars provides the power necessary to let users build semantic templates. In versions 4.0.0 through 4.7.8, when a Handlebars template contains decorator syntax referencing an unregistered decorator (e.g. `{{*n}}`), the compiled template calls `lookupProperty(decorators, "n")`, which returns `undefined`. The runtime then immediately invokes the result as a function, causing an unhandled `TypeError: ... is not a function` that crashes the Node.js process. Any application that compiles user-supplied templates without wrapping the call in a `try/catch` is vulnerable to a single-request Denial of Service. Version 4.7.9 fixes the issue. Some workarounds are available. Wrap compilation and rendering in `try/catch`. Validate template input before passing it to `compile()`; reject templates containing decorator syntax (`{{*...}}`) if decorators are not used in your application. Use the pre-compilation workflow; compile templates at build time and serve only pre-compiled templates; do not call `compile()` at request time.
Incus is a system container and virtual machine manager. Prior to version 6.23.0, instance template files can be used to cause arbitrary read or writes as root on the host server. Incus allows for pongo2 templates within instances which can be used at various times in the instance lifecycle to template files inside of the instance. This particular implementation of pongo2 within Incus allowed for file read/write but with the expectation that the pongo2 chroot feature would isolate all such access to the instance's filesystem. This was allowed such that a template could theoretically read a file and then generate a new version of said file. Unfortunately the chroot isolation mechanism is entirely skipped by pongo2 leading to easy access to the entire system's filesystem with root privileges. Version 6.23.0 patches the issue.
SiYuan is a personal knowledge management system. Prior to version 3.6.2, the SiYuan kernel WebSocket server accepts unauthenticated connections when a specific "auth keepalive" query parameter is present. After connection, incoming messages are parsed using unchecked type assertions on attacker-controlled JSON. A remote attacker can send malformed messages that trigger a runtime panic, potentially crashing the kernel process and causing denial of service. Version 3.6.2 fixes the issue.
| Free5GC is an open-source Linux Foundation project for 5th generation (5G) mobile core networks. Versions prior to 1.4.2
are vulnerable to null byte injection in URL path parameters. A remote attacker can inject null bytes (URL-encoded as %00) into the supi path parameter of the UDM's Nudm_SubscriberDataManagement API. This causes URL parsing failure in Go's net/url package with the error "invalid control character in URL", resulting in a 500 Internal Server Error. This null byte injection vulnerability can be exploited for denial of service attacks. When the supi parameter contains null characters, the UDM attempts to construct a URL for UDR that includes these control characters. Go's URL parser rejects them, causing the request to fail with 500 instead of properly validating input and returning 400 Bad Request. This issue has been fixed in version 1.4.2. |
