CVE-2026-76406 2026-10-21 5.9 Medium
In Splunk SOAR versions below 8.7.0, an unauthenticated user with access to encrypted credential data from an affected Splunk SOAR instance could submit Basic authentication data to the Representational State Transfer (REST) API to expose and decrypt that encrypted credential data. The vulnerability is possible because Splunk SOAR decrypts encrypted Basic authentication values before completing authentication checks. The attack requires the unauthenticated user to have encrypted credential data from an affected Splunk SOAR instance. The unauthenticated user should not be able to exploit the vulnerability at will. For more information see Using the REST API reference for Splunk SOAR (On-premises) (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-soar/soar-on-premises/rest-api-reference/8.5.0/using-the-splunk-soar-rest-api/using-the-rest-api-reference-for-splunk-soar-on-premises) in the Splunk documentation.

CVE-2026-114064 1 Snipeitapp 1 Snipe-it 2026-10-21 5.5 Medium
Snipe-IT before 8.7.0 contains a server-side request forgery vulnerability in the webhook testing feature that allows super-admin users to probe internal network addresses, including loopback and RFC1918 ranges. Attackers can point webhooks at internal hosts and ports, then compare 4xx versus 5xx responses from Test Webhooks to map open ports and active hosts.
CVE-2025-13591 1 Wso2 4 Email Otp Authenticator, Identity Server, Wso2 Carbon Abstract Otp Authenticator and 1 more 2026-10-19 5.3 Medium
The authentication endpoint of WSO2 Identity Server fails to provide a consistent system response when a username does not exist in the system, allowing attackers to differentiate between valid and invalid usernames. This difference in responses can be leveraged to enumerate existing user accounts. Successful exploitation enables an attacker to discover valid usernames within the system, significantly increasing the risk of subsequent attacks such as brute force attacks on user credentials, social engineering attacks, and information leakage. The discovered usernames can be used to craft targeted phishing emails or other social engineering campaigns.
CVE-2026-111933 1 Coder 1 Coder 2026-10-19 3.7 Low
Coder before 2.29.17, 2.30.0 before 2.32.7, 2.33.0 before 2.33.8, and 2.34.0 before 2.34.2 contains a user enumeration vulnerability because userpassword.Compare() substitutes a placeholder hash derived from the string "hunter2" when a stored password hash is empty. Unauthenticated attackers can submit logins with the password "hunter2" and distinguish HTTP 403 from 401 responses to enumerate valid accounts and reveal the authentication provider of SSO-only users.

Mattermost versions 11.10.x <= 11.10.0, 11.7.x <= 11.7.9, 11.9.x <= 11.9.1, 11.8.x <= 11.8.5 fail to validate user’s permissions before other validations which allows non-content reviewers to infer a post’s flagged status via direct API call.. Mattermost Advisory ID: MMSA-2026-00754
CVE-2025-39702 2 Debian, Linux 2 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel 2026-10-15 9.8 Critical
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ipv6: sr: Fix MAC comparison to be constant-time To prevent timing attacks, MACs need to be compared in constant time. Use the appropriate helper function for this.
CVE-2026-109337 1 Surrealdb 1 Surrealdb 2026-10-15 4.3 Medium
SurrealDB before 3.3.0 contains an authorization bypass vulnerability that allows record users to infer field values hidden by field-level SELECT permissions using LIVE SELECT WHERE predicates over $before or $after. Attackers can craft repeated predicates and observe whether notifications are delivered on CREATE, UPDATE, or DELETE to confirm or narrow restricted field values.
CVE-2024-0553 3 Fedoraproject, Gnu, Redhat 6 Fedora, Gnutls, Enterprise Linux and 3 more 2026-10-15 7.5 High
A vulnerability was found in GnuTLS. The response times to malformed ciphertexts in RSA-PSK ClientKeyExchange differ from the response times of ciphertexts with correct PKCS#1 v1.5 padding. This issue may allow a remote attacker to perform a timing side-channel attack in the RSA-PSK key exchange, potentially leading to the leakage of sensitive data. CVE-2024-0553 is designated as an incomplete resolution for CVE-2023-5981.
CVE-2023-5981 4 Debian, Fedoraproject, Gnu and 1 more 8 Debian Linux, Fedora, Gnutls and 5 more 2026-10-14 5.9 Medium
A vulnerability was found that the response times to malformed ciphertexts in RSA-PSK ClientKeyExchange differ from response times of ciphertexts with correct PKCS#1 v1.5 padding.
CVE-2023-0361 5 Debian, Fedoraproject, Gnu and 2 more 8 Debian Linux, Fedora, Gnutls and 5 more 2026-10-14 7.4 High
A timing side-channel in the handling of RSA ClientKeyExchange messages was discovered in GnuTLS. This side-channel can be sufficient to recover the key encrypted in the RSA ciphertext across a network in a Bleichenbacher style attack. To achieve a successful decryption the attacker would need to send a large amount of specially crafted messages to the vulnerable server. By recovering the secret from the ClientKeyExchange message, the attacker would be able to decrypt the application data exchanged over that connection.
CVE-2026-97782 1 Microsoft 1 Sharepoint Server 2026-10-14 6.8 Medium
Observable discrepancy in Microsoft Office SharePoint allows an authorized attacker to perform tampering over a network.
CVE-2026-106351 2 Apple, Google 2 Iphone Os, Chrome 2026-10-14 5.3 Medium
Observable discrepancy in Safebrowsing in Google Chrome on on iOS prior to 155.0.8059.39 allowed a remote attacker who had compromised the renderer process to obtain sensitive information via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Medium)
CVE-2026-110141 1 Google 1 Chrome 2026-10-14 3.1 Low
Observable discrepancy in Media in Google Chrome prior to 155.0.8059.79 allowed a remote attacker to leak cross-origin data via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High)
CVE-2022-4304 3 Openssl, Redhat, Stormshield 8 Openssl, Enterprise Linux, Jboss Core Services and 5 more 2026-10-14 5.9 Medium
A timing based side channel exists in the OpenSSL RSA Decryption implementation which could be sufficient to recover a plaintext across a network in a Bleichenbacher style attack. To achieve a successful decryption an attacker would have to be able to send a very large number of trial messages for decryption. The vulnerability affects all RSA padding modes: PKCS#1 v1.5, RSA-OEAP and RSASVE. For example, in a TLS connection, RSA is commonly used by a client to send an encrypted pre-master secret to the server. An attacker that had observed a genuine connection between a client and a server could use this flaw to send trial messages to the server and record the time taken to process them. After a sufficiently large number of messages the attacker could recover the pre-master secret used for the original connection and thus be able to decrypt the application data sent over that connection.
CVE-2021-33560 5 Debian, Fedoraproject, Gnupg and 2 more 9 Debian Linux, Fedora, Libgcrypt and 6 more 2026-10-14 7.5 High
Libgcrypt before 1.8.8 and 1.9.x before 1.9.3 mishandles ElGamal encryption because it lacks exponent blinding to address a side-channel attack against mpi_powm, and the window size is not chosen appropriately. This, for example, affects use of ElGamal in OpenPGP.
CVE-2020-14145 3 Netapp, Openbsd, Redhat 11 Active Iq Unified Manager, Aff A700s, Aff A700s Firmware and 8 more 2026-10-14 5.9 Medium
The client side in OpenSSH 5.7 through 8.4 has an Observable Discrepancy leading to an information leak in the algorithm negotiation. This allows man-in-the-middle attackers to target initial connection attempts (where no host key for the server has been cached by the client). NOTE: some reports state that 8.5 and 8.6 are also affected.

It was discovered that there was a ECDSA timing attack in the libgcrypt20 cryptographic library. Version affected: 1.8.4-5, 1.7.6-2+deb9u3, and 1.6.3-2+deb8u4. Versions fixed: 1.8.5-2 and 1.6.3-2+deb8u7.
CVE-2018-0495 5 Canonical, Debian, Gnupg and 2 more 14 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Libgcrypt and 11 more 2026-10-14 N/A
Libgcrypt before 1.7.10 and 1.8.x before 1.8.3 allows a memory-cache side-channel attack on ECDSA signatures that can be mitigated through the use of blinding during the signing process in the _gcry_ecc_ecdsa_sign function in cipher/ecc-ecdsa.c, aka the Return Of the Hidden Number Problem or ROHNP. To discover an ECDSA key, the attacker needs access to either the local machine or a different virtual machine on the same physical host.
